With our in-depth running analysis, we can help you improve your running performance and also pinpoint the root cause of what may have caused you to become injured and also how to prevent it in the future. 


For our running analysis, we take care of everything, we do an injury coaching session, assess your current running technique, and then guide you through modifications to your technique to prevent injury and improve your efficiency and running economy.  


1. Body Assessment 

  • A 90 min base-level injury coaching session to discover and rectify any muscle imbalance or impingements that will hinder your bike fit.


2. Technique Coaching 

  • 60 min session
  • Body position
  • Cadence
  • Foot strike
  • Arm position 
  • Uphill and downhill technique 


3. Heart Rate and Pace Zones 

  • 30 min session
  • 7 heart rate zones with corresponding pace training zones
  • The training application for each of the training zones
